Why I Created This Guide

When I first moved to Jeddah for work in 2022, I was completely lost. Every travel site showed the same five places, repeated the same generic advice, and none of it felt real. I spent months wandering, asking locals, making mistakes, and slowly discovering what actually makes this city special.

Now, after three years of exploring every corner of this incredible city, I want to share what I've learned. Not the sanitized tourist version, but the real Jeddah. The one where you stumble into a tiny coffee shop in Al-Balad and end up talking to the owner for two hours. The one where sunset at the Corniche genuinely takes your breath away.

This guide is my attempt to give you the shortcuts I never had. The honest advice, the hidden spots, and the experiences that actually matter.
